ARE WE CRYING OUT?

There is a sad, dry, discontent that accompanies us all when we fail to lift up holy hands, and call on Jesus name in the midst of this world's distresses and all the disappointment that surrounds. We've got to cry out! Cast our cares and resist the devil. HE IS FAITHFUL WHO HAS PROMISED!

OREGON TO CALIFORNIA

Another little clip of the roadtrip with Jason and Samantha Miller on the way to California from Oregon. So thankful for every moment.

CALLING ALL SAINTS

Calling all Saints to continue in prayer for my Mom. She had her follow up Dr. appt today and they told her the two spots on her right side were still cancer and had slightly grown. Also, mentioned something about a lymphoid. Asked her to come back in two weeks for a pet scan, but because my older sister is having a baby postponed it until the first week in March.

While I have your attention...allow me to mention a few more urgent matters.

Every one of us have to quit slacking in a our prayer lives. It is not okay. It is not a matter of whether we feel like it or not. Whether it is convenient or not. Whether we want to or not. We must repent for failing to do what we know we should do. Then do something different today. IN EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS and PRAY WITHOUT STOPPING.

Let your first thoughts of the day turn towards the Lord. Ready your mind for action.  The Saints of old prayed and fasted and humbled themselves and judged him faithful who had promised. There are too many people in need of some serious prayer for us to be coming at life's difficulties ill prepared.  Acknowledge Him, bend your knees, surrender, for we have nothing worth having outside of His holy love and faithfulness.

Husbands and wives cannot stay in covenant without asking for heaven's help. It is impossible to lay down your lives for one another without the Wonderful, Counselor, Everlasting Father, Mighty God and the Prince of Peace showing you the way. Parents cannot lovingly discipline and train up their children in the way they should go without the Father of every good and perfect gift assisting them and teaching them how. And how on earth can we love our neighbor as ourself if we do not daily communicate with the Friend that sticks closer than a brother? Having lips that confess Jesus name is the least that we can do. If the Lord delights in giving us more than we could ask or think. Then let's start Asking and Thinking! Expect change when God's people pray.

MORE WONDERFULNESS

Thought some of you might appreciate a few pictures of where I've been. The last few weeks have been such an overwhelming display of God's love for me, I hardly know where to begin...
So I will start with giving THANKS to my Gracious, Kind, and Merciful Heavenly Father for going overboard in fulfilling this little girl's desires. There is none like You, Oh, Lord.

I spent New Year's in Missouri. Every day since has been pure joy.
It was a severe blessing to accompany Dylan on most of his journey from Missouri to Oregon.  He continued on to British Columbia for school.  I spent a few days in Oregon and then drove with my friends to San Diego, CA.  I was there for about a week before heading back to Georgia. I am missing him more than I ever thought was humanly possible to miss someone.

Thanks to all for your prayers, for taking time to visit and catch up when you can, and for sharing your hearts and for continuing to be a blessing to me and to all who cross your path. Stay encouraged as you heavily rely upon the Lord to sustain you and keep you by His strong arms in these last days.  And I will do the same.

THANKSGIVING ALL OVER AGAIN!

Updates are coming people! Pictures from the drive from Missouri, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, and California. I'm in San Diego at the moment, heading back to Savannah tomorrow.  I will be returning calls and emails and letters shortly. For now, here's a picture for those who have been asking... to see the Valiant Warrior. REJOICE! I sure am!

ALL ABOUT HIM

Ah there's nothing like hearing His voice.  Lingering in His embrace.  Listening to Him share His thoughts. Feeling His love for me.  Every word He speaks is life.  Being near Him is my hearts delight. Every look of His eyes makes me come alive.  And I really am ALL ABOUT HIM.

I was in Columbia, Missouri Dec 30 - Jan 3rd.  Enjoying every minute of the lovely weather and precious people that I am thrilled to call 'my family.' Spent New Years at the house of prayer rejoicing in the Lord with Dylan!

Dylan and I drove from MO to Colorado. Visited with Malea in Denver.  Spent time with some of our friends at RedCloud. How wonderful to see your faces again. Hugs, love, and sweet communion.  We drove to Oregon and met up with the friends from YD Adventures.

I am still in Portland and He's on He way to school in BC.
